大阪国際サイエンスクラブは、関西地域における学識経験者・経営者・研究者・技術者の方々の交流拠点として、 また科学技術の各分野の情報交換・
提供を目的に財団法人大阪科学技術センターの姉妹団体として昭和38年に設立されました。
以来、当クラブは、会員制度のもと、会員は勿論、学会・産業界などから多彩なゲストをお招きして話題性の高いテーマについて 講演会・セミナー・見学会等を開催し、
最新情報を提供するほか、行事参加などを通じた会員の相互交流もはかってまいりました。
また、国際という名称がついておりますように、在日の外国大使館・領事館などの方々との交流も積極的に行っております。
IT技術の革新により急速に進展する高度情報化社会の今日ほど「人と人との交わり、語らい」またこれらを通じての情報交流や 意見交換がより重要な意味を
持ってまいります。このような観点から、大阪国際サイエンスクラブの役割はより一層大きくなって おります。
当クラブでは、今後とも（一財）大阪科学技術センターとの一層の連携強化を図り、会員の皆様方に喜んでいただける クラブ運営に努めてまいる所存です。

The International Science Club of Osaka(ISCO) was established in 1963 as a sister organization of Osaka Science and Technology Center (OSTEC).
ISCO has since promoted personal exchanges between scholars,
researchers and business people, in the Kansai region (Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe area), provided important information related to the science and
technology fields.With the completion of the OSTEC current building in 1963,
ISCO was established as a voluntary membership organization to provide these services, and has since been a tenant in the OSTEC building.
Since its start, ISCO has organized lectures, seminars, and study tours in related topical science and technology fields to provide members
with the current information.ISCO has established a guest membership system and promoted personal exchanges with the representatives of foreign
embassies and consulates throughout Japan.
In today’s information-oriented era, there is an even greater need for people to meet together and exchange information and views. From this
point of view, we truly believe that will gain even greater importance and significance in the future.ISCO will enhance cooperation with the Osaka Science & Technology
Center and promote a more productive operation for the members.We at ISCO are committed to supporting a wide variety of member activities, with an emphasis on key selected themes.
